HP 8554B
The 8554B RF Section Plug-In covers the frequency range of 100kHz to 1250MHz. Fifteen calibrated scan widths from 100MHz/div to 2kHz/div in a 1,2,5 sequence; preset automatically selects 300kHz bandwidth IF filter. Resolution bandwidths (IF) of 0.1 to 300kHz provided in a 1,3,10 sequence with accuracy of 3 dB points calibrated to ?20% (10kHz bandwidth ?5%). Log amplitude range of -122 to +10 dBm; linear from 0.1 ?V/div to 100 mV/div in a 1,2 sequence on an 8 division display. Dynamic range average noise level of less than -102 dBm with 10kHz IF bandwidth.
