The 5385A Frequency Counter provides outstanding measurement performance for bench, field, and systems applications. Combining wide frequency range of 10Hz to 1GHz, 11-digit high resolution, high sensitivity, and HP-IB programmability, the 5385A compares with instruments which cost much more. Channel A has 1 Mohm impedance, Channel B is 50 ohm. Features selectable gate times of 0.1, 1, or 10 S nominal, selectable 100 kHz Low Pass filter, selectable X1/X20 attenuator.
