The 5326B Universal Timer/Counter/DVM measures frequency, period, multiple period average, time interval, time interval average, totalize, ratio and voltage. The unit has a frequency range of DC to 50MHz (DC coupled) and 20Hz to 50MHz (AC coupled). Features also include 1 Mohm and 50-ohm inputs, display storage, and blanking for insignificant digits in the display. Time base is 10MHz with stability of <3x10E-07 / month. Sensitivity is 0.1 V rms sine wave and 0.3 V p-p pulse with 8 ns minimum pulse width. Attenuator has x10 and x100 positions. Display is 7-digit with leading zero suppression. Built-in DVM allows setting trigger levels and allows external DC measurements from 1 ?V to 1 kV DC.
