The 5304A Timer/Counter Module can be used with either the 5300A or 5300B mainframes. Measures A and B channels (0 to 10MHz) with 25 mV rms sensitivity to 1MHz and 50 mV rms to 10MHz. Also measures period average, time interval, and open/close (totalizing).
