The 5181A Display / Tape Storage Module is a companion instrument to the 5180A Waveform Recorder and provides a high resolution CRT for waveform display and a dedicated controller for recording digitized waveforms onto magnetic tape. The display portion of the unit uses an 1332A Small Screen Display. The controller is an 9915A Modular Computer with special front panel keys which enable data transfer (between the 5180A and the 5181A) and data storage.
