HP 4275A-1
The 4275A Multi-Frequency LCR Meter covers from 10kHz to 10MHz in 10 spot frequencies in a 1-2-4 step sequence. Test signal level from 1 mV to 1 V rms. Basic accuracy of ?0.1%; high resolution of 0.00001; 5 1/2-digits. Measures equivalent series resistance (ESR), impedance, phase angle, reactance, susceptance and conductance, in addition to L, C, R, D and Q parameters. HP-IB programmable.
