The 50MHz digitizing oscilloscope offers 200 MS/s digitizing rate for capturing single-shot waveforms, two simultaneous channels, and single-shot time intervals to ?1.5 ns. The Logic Analyzer offers 100MHz timing analyzer, time-interval accuracy to ?1.5 ns, and 25MHz state analyzer. Provides up to 43 state channels, 16 timing channels, and 2 analog channels.
