Deflection factors from 5 mV to 20 V/div (12 ranges), ?3% accuracy and continuously variable between ranges which also extends maximum deflection factor to at least 50 V/div. Bandwidth is from DC to 500kHz and sweep ranges from 1 ?s to 5 s/div (?3%). Input is differential or single-ended on all ranges, selectable by front-panel control.
