Its 40 Vac maximum input voltage, ?15 kV ESD tolerance, and replaceable probe tips make the unit extremely reliable. It is compatible with the AutoProbe Interface which provides power and completely configures the Infinium Oscilloscope for the probe. The probe has a 2.5GHz bandwidth.
