GENERAL_RADIO 1401D
The 1401D Standard Air Capacitor is an accurate and stable two-terminal capacitor for laboratory use as a reference or working standard. The aluminum plate assembly is supported by a mounting plate attached to an aluminum casting. This casting, together with the cylindrical aluminum case, provides a dust-free enclosure and a complete shield. The low, or ground, terminal of the capacitor is connected to this shield. The 1401D is a 1000 pF capacitor, initial accuracy of 0.1%.
