The CE23 Spectrum Display is for use with the CE21A to display baseband signals received by the selective levelmeter.
Frequency range from 4 kHz to 9.1 MHz with sweepwidths of 9 MHz, 3 MHz, 600 kHz, 300 kHz, and 60 kHz
Level from -99 dBm to +19 dBm for zero level on the display
Noise power ratio of 55 dB typical
Display levels are logarithmic, and both units also feature markers and hi-level alarm
