The 93AD Digital RMS Voltmeter is completely solid-state, including the chopper. This contributes to the reliability, stability, light weight and compact size of the instrument. Has mechanical design which is simple and rugged, with easy access provided to all components. 1 mV to 300 V in 11 ranges, bandwidths of 10Hz to 20MHz and 10Hz to 100kHz. Voltage accuracy is ?(1% of indication + 1 count). Remote controllable. 2 Mohm input impedance, less than 25 pF. Waveform responses: sine, complex, pulse, or random.
