The 445A Oscillator Mainframe is a very versatile power oscillator mainframe accepting any of the 180-Series Plug-in Oscillators. Features include high Q tuned cavity, positive load mismatch protection and reflected power metering. With a choice of eight plug-ins, this mainframe covers the frequency range of 2MHz to 2.5GHz. Frequency stability is 0.002% after only 2 hours. Maximum power output is 50 Watts with a stability of ?0.2 dB. An internal 1kHz square wave modulation is provided. Basic mainframe only.
